Ensju vs StatusCake
StatusCake has done uptime and page-speed well for years. Ensju is the better fit when you want real server agents and flat pricing without climbing tiers to unlock them.
This is a closer match than most of our comparisons: StatusCake genuinely does uptime, SSL, and some server monitoring, and it has a long track record. We're not going to pretend it's a bad tool, it isn't.
Where Ensju pulls ahead is server coverage at the low tiers and pricing you can predict. StatusCake's cheaper plans give you only a handful of server monitors (3 on Superior, 10 on Business); Ensju's $10 Homelab already includes 5 server agents beside 25 uptime monitors, and the MSP plan is built for reselling monitoring to clients with white-label status pages and per-client grouping. Everything is one flat price, not a ladder of add-ons.

On price
StatusCake's Superior plan (about $245/yr annual) gives you 100 uptime monitors but only 3 server monitors; Business (about $800/yr) reaches 10. Ensju's Homelab is $10/mo ($90/yr on annual) for 25 uptime monitors and 5 server agents, and Pro is $40/mo for 100 monitors and 25 agents. If raw uptime-monitor count is all you need, StatusCake's higher tiers pack more; if you want server metrics bundled in without jumping tiers, Ensju costs less for the same coverage.
When StatusCake is the better choice
StatusCake bundles page-speed and domain monitoring that Ensju doesn't, and if you're already invested in it and happy, there's no reason to switch for its own sake. Its higher tiers also carry more uptime monitors per dollar than ours, so a pure-uptime shop with hundreds of endpoints may do the math in their favor.
The bottom line
Want uptime, SSL, and the servers behind your sites on one flat bill, with white-label status pages for clients? That's exactly where Ensju fits.
